Well...I screwed you.
Sorry it's been almost a month since I last wrote. I really haven't been in a writing mood lately, so it's been hard to even look at my blog. But I'm back now, and I do apologize for my absence. Honestly, nothing much has happened in the past month. I still have no job. Husband is finishing his summer class this upcoming week, and the fall quarter starts up in September.
Today I decided to clean. Husband is out of town, helping his mom cater a wedding, so I'm here alone. I do miss him so, but I'm keeping myself busy. I've clean both our bedroom and the bathroom from top to bottom, and am about halfway through the living room and the kitchen. It's funny and also a little sad how that's been the highlight of the recent past.
I still haven't gotten through all the Harry Potter books. I've just been in a slump lately, but I'm hoping to kick myself out of it here soon. My mom threw me a wedding shower last week, and Husband and I got some pretty nice stuff (mostly dishes and other kitchen items). My best friends ever were there. I haven't seen them in quite some time, and it was fun to catch up with them again. Hopefully here soon I'll actually do my writing exercise I've been meaning to do. Maybe even some drawing.
